WHO IS SHE?

In another life I went to med school and I became the doctor my Jamaican parents wanted me to be. And of course, like any other child of Caribbean parents, I started on that path. Luckily I figured out it wasn’t for me, though I suppose I knew all along.

In the last eight years, I’ve spent my time writing and have gathered a wealth of experience in communications and social media management. I am a corporate girlie by day with an M.S. in Publishing, writing about healthcare. When I'm not on the clock, I am exploring topics like beauty and wellness through the lens of Black women.
